3. Get-to-know-you interview
We invite you to a meeting via MS Teams, where we get to know each other. A new job is a significant decision for you and for us. It is important to us that you learn everything about the vacant position. We are also looking forward to getting to know you with all your experiences and needs.
4. Case study
The best basis for decision-making for both of us is a situation that is as practical as possible – this is exactly where a case study helps. You present in the role of a denkstatt consultant, where you will face relevant questions in our daily business. This also helps us to get to know you as a colleague.
5. Decision-making phase
It’s a significant decision – for you as well as for us. Here it is important that all information has been shared, so that the decision-making process is as simple as possible for both sides.
6. Contract signing
If it suits both of us, you will become part of our team.
7. Onboarding
We will prepare your equipment and a training plan, so you can find your way around as quickly as possible at denkstatt. On your first day, we start with an introduction through the office, where you get to know all the teams and colleagues. You will soon realize: with your work you are shaping change every day.
