Georg Fischer aimed at expanding its production site in Seewis, Switzerland and strived for the highest sustainability standards. This should be ensured by developing a sustainability concept for the desired Green Factory.
Our solution
denkstatt co-created the intended sustainability qualities, derived sustainability objectives that can be well communicated, and operationalized these through targets, criteria, and indicators over the course of two workshops. In particular, we provided expert input on sustainable buildings, green factories, sustainability topics, and building certification and worked together with the client in developing the qualities, objectives, and targets that were then integrated into a sustainability concept.
